KARACHI:

Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) leader Syed Khurshid Ahmed Shah has said that the elections will be held on February 8 as per orders of the Supreme Court (SC), and any elements thinking otherwise should not play with the constitution. He said that party's founder Zulfikar Ali Bhutto and his daughter Benazir Bhutto accepted martyrdom for the sake of the people and the constitution.

He promised employment for the unemployed youth after coming into power, end load-shedding, provision of health cards and free 300 units of electricity to the poor people. He expressed these views while addressing the election meeting held at the cricket ground of Salehpat.
