Adam Levine has given a shout-out to some of his most dedicated followers: his children!

The “Girls Like You” singer discussed his children’s “obsession” with the band during a recent appearance on SiriusXM’s The Morning Mash Up, "It's interesting to see because they know songs that I don't even remember writing or singing."

Levine proudly singled out his eldest daughter, Dusty Rose, calling her a Maroon 5 "historian."

Jokingly, Levine added, "We're trying to get them to branch out a little bit."

The band’s frontman shares three children with his wife Behati Prinsloo, including two daughters – Dusty Rose, 7, and Gio Grace, 6 – and a 1-year-old son, whose name remains undisclosed.

The former coach of The Voice has previously involved his family in his musical endeavors, having featured either one or both of his daughters as well as his wife, Prinsloo, in the band's music videos for "Middle Ground" in 2023 and "Girls Like You" in 2018.

In an exciting update, Levine also confirmed that new Maroon 5 music is in development, three years after the release of their last studio album, “Jordi.”

Notably, the lead singer revealed that this is the first time their album will not involve co-writers, "We're definitely making new music and the cool thing is that I really, after, I don't know, 13, 12, 13 years of doing co-writes, I finally have shut everybody out and it's just me and the band making the songs."

Levine continued, "It's like I feel like the floodgates have kind of just opened again and it's crazy because if I had been writing up until now on my own, I might not feel the same way and might not have poured out.

"There's so much creativity kind of pouring out right now, so I feel like I'm in a pretty amazing spot."
