Swifties hyped up ahead of Taylor Swift's "The Tortured Poets Department" release

Fans’ response is divided over the apparent leak of Taylor Swift's album "The Tortured Poets Department."

Just one day before its official release, Taylor Swift's highly anticipated album "The Tortured Poets Department" has apparently leaked online. Fans are in a frenzy, with many sharing tracks allegedly from a leaked Google Drive containing the entire album.

While some Swifties are diving into the leaked material, others are fiercely defending the artist, urging fellow fans to wait for the official Friday release.  

Adding to the chaos, some believe the leaked tracks may be AI-generated fakes, although certain "AI" tracks turned out to be obscure older Swift songs.

This leak wouldn't be Swift's first tangle with AI.  In January, X blocked searches for "Taylor Swift" after explicit AI-generated images of the singer flooded the platform.
