Drake has added fuel to the fire in his ongoing feud with Kendrick Lamar by officially releasing his diss track "Push Ups" on streaming services. The track, which initially leaked as a demo, features a jab at Lamar's shoe size, referencing his album "Mr. Morale and the Big Steppers".
The release follows a whirlwind weekend where a leaked demo of "Push Ups" featuring a Junior M.A.F.I.A. The sample stirred up controversy and speculation. Drake seemingly confirmed the track's legitimacy with a cryptic "Kill Bill" Instagram post.
"Push Ups" sparked a heated debate online and even drew a swift response from Rick Ross, who was also dissed in the song. Ross fired back with "Champagne Moments" and trolled Drake with a hoodie featuring the rapper's face.
The feud began when J. Cole named Lamar as one of the "big three" rappers on a Drake collaboration last year. Lamar took offense and responded with a surprise verse on Future and Metro Boomin's "Like That". J. Cole initially retorted with "7 Minute Drill" but then backtracked, calling it his "lamest" work and removing the track from streaming platforms.
