WWE star and actor Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson's recent encounter with Marvel President Kevin Feige has sent fans into a speculatory frenzy about the wrestler cum actor’s potential entry into the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU).
Fresh out of his Wrestlemania 40 appearance, Johnson's acting endeavours have taken a temporary backseat, with his live-action "Moana" delayed.
However, he recently promoted the animated sequel "Moana 2" at CinemaCon.
Interestingly, it was his backstage handshake with Feige that ignited online speculation about a potential MCU role.
Fans are particularly excited about the possibility of Johnson portraying the iconic X-Men villain, Apocalypse.
