Beyonce has recently dispelled these rumors as she shows off her natural hair texture to promote her hair care line, Cécred.
In a video which has now garnered over two million likes only a day after her posting, Beyonce writes, “Maintaining 25 years of blonde on natural hair through all the experimenting I do has played a huge part in developing @cecred’s products. It’s the hardest to keep color-treated hair healthy and strong, but @cecred is here.”
In the video, the camera focuses closely on the singer's hair as the stylist runs their fingers through her tresses, sometimes parting her hair.
Beyonce also addressed the misconception about wig wearers, stating, “The stigma and misconception is that people who wear wigs don’t have long and healthy hair. That’s some bullsh—t because it ain’t nobody business.”
Fans were amazed to see the Grammy-winning singer's natural hair, with one expressing excitement over her response to critics, commenting, "WHEN YALL SAID IT WASN'T HER HAIR ?!!! Oh okayyyy," while another remarked, "Auntie said not a track, lace front, or closure in sight! Stop playing with her🤭"
