K-pop group BTS member Seokjin, 31, has shared his latest pre-recorded video on BTS' official YouTube channel.

This video marks his last before returning from his mandatory military service in South Korea, which all able-bodied men must complete.

The video, posted on the 2nd of May comes as he finishes his mandatory service in the South Korean military, and comes with the news that this will be his final video as he will be returning from the service in June.

“I'm reaching the end of my videos that means I'll be seeing you soon” shared Jin.

Seokjin gives context of the time of his recording the video, which takes place around the release of his song “The Astronaut”, saying that “the day I’m filming this is the day ‘The Astronaut’ dropped.”

Jin’s “The Astronaut” was released on the 28th of October 2022.

The singer-songwriter also acknowledged his fans, the “BTS army”, saying “I’ve missed you a lot. Even when I’m looking at you, I still want to see more of you, that’s who the ARMY is.”

He concluded the video by noting that the recording was a year and a half old, humorously reminding fans that he is not a "vampire," implying that he may look different when they see him next month.
